I was in the Ritual at Pantheacon, and was overwhelmed with emotion. I was fine untill we got to blessing our breasts. I didn't understand why I had such a hard time with that. But I could barely sing the blessing. I remember you said in the begining not to close our eyes. But even after watching women of EVERY size and shape stand in front of that mirror and glow with the radience of the mother, I found myself closing my eyes. My head told me that it's because I always close my eyes when I feel the Mother, but really I just couldn't look. So I am doing the self blessing often now. I am grateful to you for being there and sharing with us. I was nervous about attending your ritual. I had picked up one of your books several years ago and thought you to be a man hater. I really adore the men in my life. But I really want to get along with the women in y life and find the core of who I really am. So I went. I shared with Rabbit, the Amazon HPS about my resignation and she assured me that Dianic Wicca has NOTHING to do with men. Not for them or against them just nothing to do with them. I am good with that. Being there at Pantheacon attending the self blessing and Amazon Priestess Rituals, seeing you and meeting Joanna, Mama Silverwitch was a life chnging experience for me.
